Looks like Chinas largest PV project in Inner Mongolia was scrapped due to “market conditions” maybe it is related to the Ecat."

One that comes to mind, for example, is when Rothwell suggested that Rossi's experiments are validated by fundamental principles of measurement.  I will try to find that one.
